C2C Gold Corp (OTCMKTS:CTCGF) has announced the resignation of Lori Walton from her position as Chief Executive Officer, for personal reasons, with immediate effect. Janet Sheriff, C2C’s Executive Chair, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer noting the Board of Directors has established an Executive Search Committee to select a new Chief Executive Officer.

Market Reaction

On Thursday, CTCGF stock ended flat at $0.1950 with more than 14K shares, compared to its average volume of 19K shares. The stock moved within a range of $0.1950 – 0.1950 after opening trade at $0.1990.
