5 TSX Venture Stock Movers: HULK.V, ORG.V, AEC.V, CUSN.V, AFE.V

Pontus Protein (HULK:V): water lentil protein is 42.1% pure plant protein.   Amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein, are more plentiful in lentils than peas or soy.   They also contain contains a plentiful amount of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, these are what nutritionists call ‘good fats.’

Many plant-based and other alternative proteins leave users with some digestive issues, these lentils are easily digestible with a high fibre/ fiber content ratio.

Finally, Pontus checks several important boxes for consumers in the plant-based food market; it is non-GMO, allergen-free, and 100% organic.  Organic growth in the share price could come sooner than later.

Orca Gold Inc. (ORG.V) stock was a key volume buzzer in the previous trading session as the stock ended lower by 40% to $0.77 with over 7.34 million shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 124k shares.

The company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Perseus Mining Limited under which Perseus will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Orca (the “Orca Shares”) not already owned by Perseus by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act .

Anfield Energy Inc. (AEC.V) stock has been seeing selling pressure in the past week. On Monday, the stock was up 29.41% to $0.11 with more than 3.12 million shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 510k shares.

Recently, the company announced that it has amended the terms of its current non-brokered private placement which was announced on January 11, 2022.

Cornish Metals Inc. (CUSN.V) stock has been seeing selling pressure in the past week. On Monday, the stock slid 15.40% at $0.45 with more than 300K shares traded hands, compared to its average volume of 306K shares.

Recently, the company announced that it has reached an agreement with Sir Ferrers Vyvyan of Trelowarren in Cornwall to lease certain mineral rights owned by the Vyvyan family. The mineral lease covers an area of 222 hectares and is valid for 25 years.

Africa Energy Corp. (AFE.V) was one of the notable gainers in the previous session. On Monday, the stock gained 12.24% to $0.2750 with more than 65.62k shares traded hands, compared to its average volume 55k shares.

The company announced that the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Garrett Soden, will be presenting at the SpareBank 1 Markets 2022 Energy Conference in Oslo, Norway on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at approximately 12:45pm Central European Time.
