On October 20, 2021, the firm issued 51,617,647 shares to JSB Investments Ltd, current holder of convertible debenture issued in 2012 to Robert Rosner.

Huber is owner of JSB Investments Ltd and the issuance results in JSB Investments Ltdbecoming largest shareholder of the firm, having 49.3% of issued and outstanding common stock.
