To Host Fiscal Second Quarter 2022 Financial Results Conference Call on November 23, 2021

Emerging global cannabis company, AUDACIOUS or Australis Capital Inc (OTCMKTS:AUSAF) on November 11, 2021 announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, ALPS, entered into partnership agreement with leading technology company, Priva.

Priva is engaged in development of software, hardware as well as data-services in the field of energy saving, climate control and optimal reuse of water. The partnership will be focusing on joint marketing of ALPS’ advanced compliance as well as maintenance service solution, APIS, for the entire global horticulture industry.

Priva, operating in 16 offices globally, has presence in more than 100 countries with significant installed customer base of more than 12,000 projects. The partnership between the two firms will introduce new APIS solution to a captive audience.

Thomas Larssen, President of ALPS, said that partnering with Priva will be brilliant for business expanding its market reach and believes that the partnership will contribute to robust revenue growth both for AUDACIOUS and ALPS.

John van der Wilk, VP Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, said that Priva and ALPS are gold standard in respective segments of horticulture value chain. Wilk added that the partnership can give optimal compliance solutions and APIS management module is geared towards full integration of multiple systems.

Australis Capital also confirmed on releasing its financial results for quarter two of 2022 on November 22, 2021. The firm will be holding a conference call and webcast will be hosted by Terry Booth, CEO, at 11:00 a.m on November 23 for discussing operational and financial results for the fiscal.
