Logiq (LGIQ) Receives A Green Signal From The Indonesian Government To Offer Micro-Lending Services

Logiq Inc (OTCMKTS:LGIQ), a global provider of e-commerce, m-commerce and fintech solution, has received a proposal from Indonesian Government for setting up micro-lending service in the country. the company would collaborate with Koperasi Mona Santoso Berjaya (KMSB) to launch the program to provide mobile service financial technology which would provide exclusive tactical alliance with country’s social security. In addition to this it would also offer microloans to Badan PerlayananJaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) for personal and business use.

The outburst of pandemic has majorly contributed to the boost of digital financial services across Southeast Asia thereby resulting into higher demand in digital banking service. As per SGE, Digital Financial System is expected to rise to 34% to reach US$8.6 billion by 2025 annually.

The company would begin its initial rollout of the new mobile fintech offering to the 5 million contract and delivery drivers of Garda Digital Indonesia, a membership organization overseen by BPJSTK, as well as 6,000 government body employees. Moreover, the venture would be designed deliver these mobile financial services throughout Indonesia. Furthermore, the venture would join hands together to develop and execute an all in all a new marketing strategy and a advertising campaign to lift the adoption and regular use of the mobile fintech offerings.

This new platform would also help provide micro-lending services to government, state-owned enterprises and member organizations registered with BPJSTK.
