Viper Networks (OTC: VPER) Stock In Focus After Acquisition News

As another trading week begins, investors are going to look into stocks, which could be followed closely this morning, and one of those could be the Viper Networks (OTC: VPER) stock. This past Friday, the company made a key announcement, and it could be a good time to take a closer look.

Key Acquisition Closed

On November 1, the company announced that it had succeeded in closing the acquisitions of Endstream Communications LLC, 1stPoint Communications LLC, and all the subsidiaries of 1stPoint. The transaction went into effect on November 1.

It was a major development since 1stPoint Communication and its subsidiaries possess a CMRS (commercial mobile radio services) license for the United States market in addition to a number of CLEC (commercial local exchange carrier) licenses.

Key Details

The lion’s share of the revenues produced by the company came from the messaging, hosted voice and carrier, as well as web hosting offerings. A small part of the revenues came from fixed wireless services.

Viper Networks stated in the news release that the revenues generated by the acquired assets would be recognized in the months of November and December of the fourth fiscal quarter of 2024. The acquisition had been completed through a common share exchange that took place between the shareholders of Viper Networks and those of Hammer Fiber Optics Holdings Corp. It remains to be seen if the Viper Networks stock comes into focus today or not.

Key Quote

“Viper will recognize revenues from the acquired subsidiaries in November and December of its fourth quarter of 2024, and will recognize the full revenue from its new telecommunications division in the first quarter of 2025,” said Erik Levitt, Viper’s CEO. “Strong growth will continue to come from the messaging business due to our inherent competitive advantage in the marketplace, but we anticipate expanding our fixed wireless business as we continue to make investments in key markets such as Alabama and the Eastern Caribbean,” added Levitt.
