Protect Pharmaceutical (OTCMKTS:PRTT) on September 7, 2021 announced plans on acquiring INAI App Corp, an Artificial Intelligence-focused company. The company is so looking at acquiring the Human Scanner software , which would be utilised as security scanner in venues like stadiums , hospitals and airports. The main feature is its quick scanning process, helping in detecting dangerous tools like bombs and guns.
Nikolai Grebenkine, the founder of INAI App Corp, will lead the leadership on post-merger company. Nikolai said that the firm is keen on the new chapter of Human Scanner.
Protect pharmaceutical company also announced agreement for acquisition by Puma, a cutting edge polymer packaging operating from Russia since 1992.
Puma uses modern equipment for producing laminated labeling for huge number of products such as cereals , tea , coffee , meat amongst others.
Puma is now looking at expanding operations for including field of food irradiation, distribution and packaging. The irradiation market is looked at 700-800 thousand tons with a value of 2 billion dollars.
