The joint venture is going to be involved in the work related to testing and then monetising the proprietary technologies related to enhanced oil recovery which can be patented. At the time, it was also announced that above mentioned joint venture is going to be named Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies Corp.
It was a major development for the company and it seems that investors are quite excited about the possibilities of such a joint venture.
