Houston-based nanotechnology company and marketer of the patented and patent-pending C-Bond technology, C-Bond Systems (OTCMKTS:CBNT), announced on November 10, 2021, that the Patriot Glass Solutions division has got a $95,000 purchase order for installation of bird strike film at Texas community college.
The company is expecting installation to start, an extension of the security film and safety offerings this month.
Also known as fritted window film, Birdstrike film, is designed with a line or dot patterns for allowing birds to see reflective windows appearing invisible, preventing death or injury for birds besides possible property damages.
Michael Wanke, President of Patriot Glass Solutions said that Bird strike film is another example of the diverse specialty window films offerings provided to customers.
Wanke added that most people don’t know the importance of bird strike films in saving potentially hundreds of millions of birds. The President said birds are an essential part of the ecosystem and the problem can be addressed significantly by the installation of bird strike film.
