Las Vegas-based mining and exploration company focusing in Nevada, Bonanza Goldfields Corp (OTCMKTS:BONZ) on September 21, 2021, confirmed plans on the acquisition of Marvion and also that the firm is working with AMM Global as well as Phoenix Waters Productions for minting hybrid NFTs from “Lockdown” – Asia’s 1st NFT feature film.
The film is an international thriller featuring a global cast including Hong Kong actress Anita Chui and Xander Berkeley of the Walking Dead fame and will premiere in November 2021. The NFT tickets will be available for attending both UK as well as Hong Kong premiers of the movie.
Bizhan Tong, the movie’s producer/director said that the movie is a commentary on 2020 events as well as increasing dependence on technology. Julian So, Advisor to BONZ and Interim CEO of Marvion said that the company is excited about working with Phoenix Waters Productions on the NFT project and the collaboration demonstrates h-NFTs can be enjoyed for a holistic film experience.
Julian added that it hopes it would benefit the community with related collectible h-NFTs.
Bonanza Goldfields also announced signing an MOU for the acquisition of 100%Marvion Media Limited. Marvion, a blockchain technology company, enhances and preserves the value of media and entertainment intellectual property through blockchain as well as related technologies for creating Hybrid NFTs and has the vision on offering artists and fan engagement leveraging technology.
Julian commented that Marvionis focused on addressing a key concern facing NFT owners- intellectual property ownership.
