InCapta Inc. (OTCMKTS:INCT) is up 33% in a week without releasing any company-specific news. At the beginning of this year, the company announced its 2021 growth plans include the call to add all filings, past, and future, to OTC.
According to the company, this is the most effective way of providing information to the public and shareholders about its present and future events.
