For many months Corporate Universe Inc (OTCMKTS:COUV) has not been in the news in any shape or form but that was not a deterrent for investors who chose to move in on the stock in a big way.
This past Friday, the stock saw heavy action and ended the day with gains of as much as 43%. The last time any news emerged about the company was back in April this year and perhaps it might be the right time for investors to perhaps take a look at the announcement from Corporate Universe at the time. On April 27, the company announced that it had been successful in completing its audited financials for two years.
However, that was not all. Corporate Universe also announced that it managed to file a Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. While that was a significant announcement from the company, it is also necessary to note that at the time the company also noted that Corporate Universe continued to work with Carbon Ion Energy with regards to the acquisition of the latter. While the rally on Friday remains a mystery, investors could do well to keep an eye on the news.
